How Refunds Are Processed

Our products are sold through Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases made on SpiritualSleep.com. This means Paddle processes payments and refunds on our behalf. Once your refund is approved, it is returned to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider, and is usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Digital Products

Because our products are digital, you receive access to your files as soon as your payment is complete. Our 30-day guarantee still applies even though the product has already been delivered. If a refund is issued, your access to the purchased files ends, and you agree to stop using and to delete any downloaded materials.
